Security Services
Safety is a priority. Our N.Y.S. Certified security staff allows us to provide you with a safe and secure environment. If you lose a child or misplace a package, Arnot Mall security will assist you. Security will also assist you with:
- A jump start for your vehicle
- Assistance when you have locked your keys in the car
- An escort to your vehicle, at your request
- Assistance in finding the location of your vehicle
- Certified First Aid Services
Fundamental Services:
It is important that your shopping experience be as fun filled and trouble free as possible. We strive to provide our customers with every convenience possible. Listed below are some of our basic services and their locations. For any other questions you may have, inquire at the Customer Service Center.
- ATM is located in Center Court between Entrances #3 and #4
- Baby changing stations located in the men's and women's restrooms
- Lockers are located at each Mall entrance.
- Restrooms are located on the Mall's upper level (use escalator, elevator or stairway located at Center Court)
- Unisex restroom for customers with special needs.
