SUBJECT: The Right Bite opens in the Arnot Mall, On the Food Court!

The Right Bite, our newest food service vendor, is open for business on the Food Court and began serving Arnot Mall customers Saturday, March 8th.

The Right Bite has an extensive menu that will delight even the most finicky palate.

The Right Bite menu includes such favorites as Hot Dogs, Gyros, Pork BBQ, and locally made Hamilton Sausage with peppers and onions; all of which will surely satisfy even the heartiest appetites. We must not forget to mention the huge selection of Hot Dog toppings available, including a great meat sauce! The Right Bite serves a delicious Cheeseburger Dog, (Never heard of one? Then you have to ask). And, of course the perfect sandwich – a crustless PB & J.

The owner of The Right Bite is Michelle Matera-Charles, a chef for over 15 years. Michelle lived in England for 8 years and has moved back “home” to be closer to her family and because she believes in Elmira.
